Mental health experience

• I have gained mental health experience as both an NDIS and Children Protection Support Worker before working at Catholic Care Victoria, The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and the Swinburne Psychology Clinic, where I provided therapy and cognitive assessments to adults, adolescents, and children aged 7+.

Who do I treat?

• I work primarily with children (7+) and adults (17-35)

• Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment and life transitions, neurodiversity, interpersonal relationships (not couples therapy), sleep, women's health (incl fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, empty nests, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, migraines)

My therapy style

• My work with clients is 0pen, honest, and collaborative. I help clients to understand what to expect of therapy and establish realistic goals for their mental health. My key therapeutic techniques include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing for alcohol use disorders.
