Mental Health Experience............ Community health, public mental health (Royal Melbourne and St Vincent's Hospitals), as a supervisor on the Doctor of Clinical Psychology program at Monash University and as a lecturer on the Doctor of Clinical Psychology program at Victoria University.

Areas of expertise........... Depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, work problems, pregnancy and parenting, adjustment, health and sexuality.
My therapy style............ I work with each person to develop their psychological health, and to promote growth, change and wellbeing. People often come to therapy at times of change, to develop assertiveness and independence, to make important life decisions and to seek healing and meaning in their lives. I provide cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Couples Therapy and deeper work using psychoanalytic techniques.
